Solva Surgery joined the Hywel Dda University Health Board portfolio of Managed Practices from 1 April 2023.
This is an opportunity to join a circa 2,100 patient Practice. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes GP colleagues, practice nurses, Health Care Assistants and Medicine management support, as well as a fully complimented administrative team.
We are looking for a Clinical Lead GP to join our team to provide leadership as well as a clinical commitment and can offer a mix of face-to-face consultations, telephone triage and remote consultations. The Practice uses E-Consult and has signed up to Workflow Optimisation.
You will be part of the wider Health Board GP team and have the opportunity to participate in a monthly Journal Club and have peer support through the Deputy Medical Director’s team, as well as from your salaried GP peers and from the Primary Care Cluster Locality Lead. There is the opportunity for training and development in any areas of specialist interest.
