Hospital Transport Services are provided to help patients get to their hospital or clinic appointment. Patients who need ambulance transport to attend their first hospital appointment will now book their transport to hospital directly through a Transport Booking Centre. Transport for all other appointments should be booked at the hospital when you attend for your appointment.
This is a separate service to the emergency ambulance service – if you need an ambulance for a medical emergency you should always phone 999.
As from 1st June 2007 when you receive your first appointment letter from the hospital you should contact the Transport Booking Centre on:

Remember – if your appointment is changed for any reason, please tell the Transport Booking Centre !
