Welcome to Meddygfa Penrhyn

Meddygfa Penrhyn is a Hywel Dda University Health Board managed practice based in the beautiful harbour village of Solva serving patients from Solva, St David’s and the surrounding communities.  Meddygfa Penrhyn is part of the North Pembrokeshire cluster.

Our main Surgery line 01437 721306 is open between 8.00am and 6.30pm for any enquiries.  Surgery doors are open to patients between the hours of 8.30am and 6.00pm.

We are closed at weekends and Bank Holidays. When we are closed, emergency cover is available by calling NHS 111 to access the Out of Hours service. To speak with a Mental Health Practitioner at any time call NHS 111 and select Option 2.

Appointments

Routine Appointments with a GP or a Practice Nurse are available throughout the day.  You need to make appointments in advance.

Appointments can be booked well in advance, usually with the clinician of your choice, depending on who is on duty.  If the clinician you request is not available, we may ask you to see another.  You may request a routine appointment by telephoning us on 01437 721306, or by visiting Reception.
